1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the ship-to location and the shipping fulfillment partner used. Here’s a general breakdown:

  • United States: 3-10 business days
  • Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days

Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen global events.

In the event that a purchased garment is temporarily out of stock, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for garment receipt, printing, and shipment.

2. Why do shipping costs vary for each product?

Since every item in our store is made-to-order, shipping is calculated based on the weight of each product. This means individual items may have different shipping rates. When you purchase multiple items, the rates are combined accordingly at checkout.

If you feel a shipping cost calculation has been made in error, please use the Contact Us form to submit inquiry.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference. Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order. Please reference our Size Chart Here.

4. What if there is an issue with the printing or quality of my item?

We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare event that your item arrives with a printing issue or manufacturing defect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will take care of it promptly. Please use the Contact form on our website to submit this request.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once your order is placed, production begins quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. If you place an order by mistake or need to cancel your order, please use the "Contact" on our website, or use the Cancel option on your order confirmation. Typically production begin processing within a few hours of an order being placed. 

6. How do I know what size to order?

We provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you choose the right fit. Please measure yourself carefully and refer to the size charts here before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

7. Why does 2XL cost more?

We want to be transparent with you! The manufacturer (Gildan) charges approx $3 more for 2XL and larger sizes because they require a bit more fabric and extra production care. This small difference is reflected in the price. This helps us continue bringing you quality products that fit comfortably in every size — and we appreciate your understanding!

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package through the carrier’s website.
